Mr. Niaz Muhammad is one of the pioneering members and the first regular employee of the Institute. He is working in the Institute since 2010 and has vast experience in human resources, administration, procurement and coordination. He holds Master degree in Political Science, Master in Business Studies, LL.B and LL.M degree in international law.
