Parliamentary Studies Basic Courses - Batch 2 (Module I) January 22 – March 05, 2018

    The Parliamentary Studies Basic Course was commenced on January 22, 2018 for the second batch of the National Assembly Secretariat officers. Ms. Samer Awais, DG (PDP), PIPS, welcomed the participants and also shared the course agenda with them. Programme The course was split into two modules: Module 1 covering detailed sessions on the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Rules of Procedures, and Module 2 covering soft skills. The first module of this course has been completed successfully today, March 05, 2018 along with a written test of the participants in order to ensure that knowledge transfer had taken place. During first module, sessions on the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan were facilitated by Mr. Muhammad Mushtaq, Additional Secretary, National Assembly of Pakistan whereas the sessions on the Rules of Procedure were facilitated by Mr. Qamar Sohail Lodhi, Special Secretary, National Assembly of Pakistan.
