PIPS held a comprehensive session on September 30th, 2016. Kashmiris Struggle for Self Determination and role of Parliament and Leadership of Pakistan with a house full of 200 participants including 12 Members of National Assembly, 20 ambassadors and diplomats and no less than 175 youth delegates from all parts of Pakistan. The event was presided by Sardar Masood KHan, President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, who was the Chief Guest. Sardar Masood Khan declared the Kashmiri movement as a rightful, indigeonus and youthful, which has exposed the inhuman state terrorism of India to the world at large. He expressed the hope that the day of freedom of Kashmir is now nearby due to the unflinching and unwavering leadership of Kahsmiri youth, men and women of univeristies and students of colleges who have held up the new intifada against 7 lac troops of India in the Indian occupied Kashmir.
Mr Zafarullah Khan, Executive Director PIPS made the welcome remarks and highighhted the role of Senate and National Assembly in steering the initiative of Kashmiri cause against the oppression of state-terrorism of India. Honourable Speaker AJK Legislative Assembly Ghulam Qadir reiterated commitment of every citizen of AJK and Pakistan with all diplomatic, moral and political support for the just and rightful movement of KAshmiri people that has gained enormous momentum after the martyrdom of Burhan Wani shaheed. MNA. Ms Romina Khurshid Alam presented the DECLARATION OF COMPLETE UNANIMITY OF SUPPORT TO on going struggle for right of self determination by the galant KASHMIRI PEOPLE in Indian held Kashmir. The packed auditorium accepted the Declaration with resounding applause. Mr Muhammad Rashid Mafzool Zaka was the master of ceremony who concluded the session with a precise speech on reaction by international human rights groups and intellectuals of the worlds and particularly India to call for “azadi,” (freedom) to the innocent peace loving Kashmiri nation.The YPF and PIPS leadership thanked Chanan CEO Mr Shahzad Memon for his support in holding the National Youth Festival 2016, which kept its final completion ceremony on september 302, 2016 at PIPS participated by over 200 participants. The paticipants eulogized the efforts of PIPS team in making the Seminar a momentous success.
