A seminar on “Parliament, Constitution and State Building” was held at Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Studies with students of Air University, Islamabad on December 14, 2016. A total of 38 people, including students and faculty members of Air University, Islamabad, attended the seminar. The session formally began with recitation of Holy Quran and National Anthem of Pakistan. Mr. Muhammad Rashid Mafzool Zaka, Director Research and IT at PIPS, conducted an absorbing session on Parliament, Constitution and State Building followed by a Q&A session. The students showed eagerness to learn about the role of Parliament and Constitution in State Building and fully participated in the discussion. The session ended with a vote of thanks by Air University.
