Mr. Haider Abbas, Additional Director Finance and Member Budget Desk, represented PIPS in the Pre-Budget Seminar arranged by the School of Economics, Quaid-i-Azam University, on May 17, 2016. He gave presentation on “Budget Making Process in Pakistan”. He covered constitutional provisions related to Budget, Rules of Procedures of National Assembly, and the Budget Cycle from Budget Strategy to Budget Preparation, Execution and Reporting.
