A week long first phase of orientation was held by Senate and PIPS at the main campus where seasoned faculty were brought in to orient the 9 newly inducted officers at the Senate of Pakistan on important topics such as parliamentary authority, committee functions, Senate secretariat, legislative process and parliamentary research.
