Mr. Raffay Rana is serving as Assistant Director Legislation in the Institute and possesses professional experience in conducting seminars on legal issues, Parliamentary Business as well as Legislative and Non-legislative drafting. Prior to his joining the government service, he has served as an associate lawyer in a renowned boutique law firm of Pakistan. He holds LL.B (Honors) degree from University of Hertfordshire, UK.
