Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services organized a week long pre-promotion training course for the Officials of the National Assembly Secretariat. A total number of fourty Six officials attended the promotional course. The Programme commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by welcome remarks from Director Parliamentary Development Program & Coordination Mr. Waqas Ahmed Qureshi who also presented Programme Overview of the course.  The first session was convened by worthy Executive Director PIPS, Mr. Muhammad Anwar who highlighted the Parliamentary Secretariat and its Significance to the participants. This was followed by a session on office procedure by the Dr. Moazzam Jan Bakhtiar, Finance and Accounts officers, National Assembly Secretariat. The training comprised of combination of sessions pertinent to the overall working of the National Assembly Secretariat; Office Procedure,  Service Laws including National Assembly Service Rules 2022 as well as Noting and Drafting of files.
