Parliament of Pakistan celebrates Kashmir Black day, Oct 27, 2016 to condemn the illegal occupation and blatant atrocities by Indian troops killing more than 1 lac innocent Kashmiris in 69 years. Young Parliamentary Forum and PIPS held day long seminar calling for deliverance and fulfillment of UNSC declarations for right of self determination of Kashmiris.
